Ain’t That Adorable!

Say hi to little Penelope! This is him as a little baby chick! Yes, I know Penelope IS technically a girl name but when we first got him we were hoping he was a hen. But… He wasn’t. He is now a big almost fully grown rooster and he is VERY pretty now! He has started crowing but it sounds funny every time he tries because he hasn’t fully learned how to crow properly yet. Also since he’s a rooster we have changed his name from Penelope to Pen, Short for Pendragon. I chose that name because it sounds cool!

P.S. Know that he is fully grown he looks like a big half-cooked marshmallow! Do you think he looks kind of grumpy in this photo? Maybe he’s just tired…
